Ashley Ewing Parrott was engaged in late 2020 to assist ownership in the adaptive reuse of a series of buildings in downtown Eufaula, Alabama. AEP set out to create a property that strikes a balance between preserving the original character of the structures and the owner’s modern aesthetic. This impressive restoration is scheduled to open in late 2025 with a Tribute Portfolio affiliation.
