Ashley Ewing Parrott was engaged in late 2020 to assist ownership in reimagining the dated exterior corridor property formerly known as Island Drive Lodge. With a goal of creating a lively, design forward oasis, AEP set out to test her process in partnership with ownership. Utilizing the full suite of services through the development process, The Wayback opened in 2023 with a Tribute Portfolio affiliation and tremendous buzz.
